Terms and Conditions:
1) 48 hour cancellation notice required to avoid minimum one hour charge.
2) Booking times are estimates only, delays due to traffic, earlier bookings, weather conditions and access issues can affect start times. You will, however be notified if there is a delay to your estimated start time.
3) All removals are at owner’s risk. It is acknowledged, agreed, and declared that the Contract of Carriage evidenced hereby is a Contract for Carriage at owner’s risk. This means that the company as carrier will pay no compensation if the goods are lost or damaged unless the company intentionally loses or damages them. It is best to check with you're content insurance provider to see if transportation of your belongings are covered.
4) Payment is made in full at the end of the removal with bank transfer or cash. All prices quoted are gst inclusive.
5) Please inform the office if you have any access issues at either of your properties overhanging trees, narrow or steep driveways or clearways outside your property. This will help us to ensure to send the most accurate fleet option. All pricing estimates are an indication only, while we do our best to keep these accurate they can fluctuate.
